For customized products, such as customized lengths of wires, colors or types, there will be an additional 3 working days for order processing.
Delivery time= Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)
Handling Time: Approximately 5-7 business days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when we process the order to the delivery service. Generally, orders ship within 5-7 working days after order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends or holidays might experience delay.
Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Delivery to Mainland UK, islands and other regions are not included.
