Gleamlamp aims to offer perfect lighting fixtures for your home. If it doesn't fit your requirements, we're here to assist with returns.
About Cancellation
1)The order can be cancelled within 6 hours after you place the order. Please contact us via email service@gleamlamp.com to cancel. The refund will be issued within 2 business days after the cancellation of your order.
2)If you wish to cancel your order beyond 24 hours, you will be subject to 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
3)The order cannot be cancelled once it has been labelled & shipped out & in transit.
About Return
1)If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
2)If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Unsuitable goods (even if you change your mind) can be returned within 30 days for a refund. (Any delivery charges cannot be refunded - this is a non refundable service)

- Customershould be responsible for the return shipping fee for any personal reasons such as “ I don’t want it anymore/ It doesn’t meet our expectations/I bought wrong size” and so on. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item (s)are unused, undamaged, unwired and in a re-sellable condition in the original, unmarked packaging. If item(s) arrive back to us broken or damaged your full refund of items may not be guaranteed.
- Follow the return address we provide to return and please provide us with tracking number as well.
- Your refund will be issued when the item(s) are returned and inspected.
- Cost of delivery is a non refundable service fee.
Other cases
All breakages must be reported within the first 1-3 days upon delivery.
In the unlikely case of damages or faults, please contact us directly at service@gleamlamp.com with pictures of the item(s).
Broken glasses or missing components do not class as faulty and replacement parts/glass will be sent after we confirm .
We don't accept returns for: Size discrepancy; please review product descriptions or contact customer service. Minor color variation due to photography limitations. Excessive purchases. Personal preferences. Delivery issues based on address/zip code. Other non-merchant reasons.
Gleamlamp cannot be liable for any electricians' costs due to pre-booked electricians, please check your goods fully prior to booking an installer.
About Exchange
Customers are responsible for the return postage to exchange the item(s).
Please contact us within 14 days upon delivery. Return the product in original condition within 14 days of receiving it. We'll exchange items within 2 business days after receive the items and confirm.
For manufacturing defects, product shortage, or shipping damage, contact us for reshipment. If items are missing from your order, inform us immediately for replacement. For damaged packages, provide clear photos for our review, and we'll reship or refund. Submit clear photos to expedite issue resolution within 3 days of delivery. Please note: We accept returns, but they're not free. If there's a quality issue, incorrect/missing items, we'll refund or replace.
